Excellent location, helpful staff, convenient boat tour arrangement, comfortable beds, safe stairs.

They even accompanied me to buy a SIM card for an urgent phone call. I've never encountered such attentive service before! the location was also fantastic, with the pier just a short walk away and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. And let's not forget about the comfortable beds – a dream to sleep in!
Nothing to dislike about this hotel! 👍.

The staff at this hotel were amazing! They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and help me with anything I needed. One of the staff members even took me on her bike to get a sim card late at night. Their English was excellent and they were always available to answer any questions I had.
One thing that I didn't like about this hotel was the lack of cleanliness in some of the details. There was a little bit of a smell in the bathroom and I felt like they could have done a better job cleaning the room.

The design of some bathrooms can be improved to include a separation between the shower and toilet area, to prevent a wet floor.
